Butech Valves & Soft Goods

NASA is seeking Butech valves and soft goods to support the E-3 Component Test Bed at Stennis Space Center. This is a brand-name-only procurement, and no substitutions for the specified Butech hardware are allowed. Managed by the NASA Shared Services Center, the acquisition is set aside for small businesses. The scope includes five specific Butech part numbers, covering valves, regulators, and instrumentation. A primary requirement is the delivery of one spare softgoods kit for every valve provided. Performance and delivery will occur at Building 4010 at the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. Evaluation will follow the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) process, and all offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Submissions will be evaluated based on the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) method. Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging for delivery to Stennis Space Center. Performance requires strict adherence to U.S. export control laws, including ITAR and EAR. NASA requires specific Butech valves and soft goods for the E-3 Component Test Bed build-out at Stennis Space Center. This is a brand-name-only acquisition with no substitutions permitted.
