The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) commercial items services contract for road maintenance activities, including but not limited to road grading, shoulder maintenance, road compaction, pavement sweeping, snow plowing, bridge deck cleaning, ditch/culvert/catch basin cleaning, slide removal, hazard tree/blowdown removal; roadside mechanical brushing, erosions control activities located within BLM Northwest Oregon District in Salem and Eugene areas of Oregon. The performance period is for 5 years after date of award. The performance period includes a one-year Base and 4 one-year options. The minimum guarantee quantity for the IDIQ, including options, is $20,000.00. The NAICS code is 488490 and the small business size standard $7.5 Million. The basis of award will utilize the best value continuum -- lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR subpart 15.101-2 to result in an award to the responsible offeror pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Multiple awards of up to five (5) contracts may be made. Options will be evaluated in accordance with provision 52.217-5.
