The Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Phillips Corporation (CAGE Code 3MPQ0) located at 7390 Coca Cola DR STE 200, Hanover, Maryland 21076-1937. The requirement is for the purchase of Performance Assurance for multiple Haas Machinery listed in the attached Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Phillips Corporation. The Government intends to negotiate solely with Phillips Corporation. under the authority of FAR 12.102, only one source capable of meeting the Government?s requirement.
