All material is suitable and shall be taken for disposal at Montezuma Wetlands. This requirement is for FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION, issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) which will result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. ALL Proposals will be due on 28 MAY 2026 at 12:00 PM PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. OFFERORS ARE ADVISED THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
