The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified sources to provide computer room air conditioning (CRAC) and HVAC services. The information received will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is appropriate.
The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is seeking qualified contractors to provide both preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on computer room air conditioning (CRAC) and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services for the OPM Macon office. Specifically, OPM is interested in sources that can provide services on all the equipment shown in the inventory table above. The anticipated contract will include preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and parts replacement when required.
Performance Period

Capability Statement Requirements
Interested parties should submit a capability statement (maximum 6 pages) that includes:
1. Company Information

2. Technical Capabilities
o Experience with CRAC systems (specify manufacturers and models)

o Emergency response capabilities
3. Past Performance
o Minimum two (2) similar projects completed within the last five (5) years

4. Resources
o Number of qualified technicians

o Equipment and tools inventory
5. Respondents to this notice shall be authorized service providers for equipment in the table above. Specifically, please respond to the following questions:
o Can you provide Vertiv Certified Thermal Service Team members with the training to perform maintenance and repairs, and to provide replacement parts for, Liebert thermal products?
o Can you provide general HVAC maintenance and repair services on Daikin and Carrier brand equipment, via HVAC technicians with Universal CFC certification?
