ACC-Orlando Hybrid PALT Industry Update - 14 July 2026

1. Individuals who register for in-person attendance must present a Government issued photo ID to gain entrance to the Tech Grove facility.  Due to limited parking at the Partnership IV/Tech Grove facility, we strongly advise that attendees DO NOT PARK in the reserved spots.  In-person attendees are encouraged to park in the parking lot on the southeast corner of Science Drive and Technology Parkway, adjacent to the entrance to NSA Orlando main gate and proceed on foot to the Partnership IV/  Central Florida Tech Grove,12809 Science Drive, Orlando, FL 32826.

If you elect to submit a question, we ask that you pose a specific and complete question, DO NOT write only a program acronym or name.  A complete question will assist the respective Government stakeholders in providing focused and accurate answers during the session. We will first address the questions we received in advance, and if there is time remaining, open the floor for additional questions. 

Information provided by the Government during this hybrid PALT Industry Update will be limited to updates pertaining to specific procurements. The Government will not provide any procurement sensitive information that would violate the integrity of the source selection process.

2. After going to the site, click "cancel" to prevent opening in the app version of TEAMS.  Then select "join on the web instead" and allow permissions for microphone and camera. 

3. Since you will be joining as a GUEST, you MUST enter your FIRST and LAST Name, then select "join now".  If you are not granted access within a couple seconds, or you get the message "waiting for others to join", you are likely not in the right meeting and will need to attempt to re-join from the using the link again.
