**See attachments for full solicitation** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Grand Jury & Deposition Court Reporting Services (commercial items) for the U.S. Attorneys Office, Eastern District of Michigan, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted as a small business set aside. All offerors are required to verify their small business status under NAICS code 561492 in their quote. Any quotes from offerors that do not meet the small business size standard will not be considered for award. Specific instructions to offerors and minimum quote submission criteria are located in Section 10, Addendum to 52.212-1- Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors (Jul 2021) Questions in regard to this solicitation are due June 27, 2022 at 1:00 PM Eastern to the Contracting Officer via email at [email protected]. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be responded to. Quotes are due July 7, 2022 at 10:00 AM Eastern to the Contracting Officer via email at [email protected]. The Contractor shall provide Grand Jury & Deposition Court Reporting Services for the United States Attorneys Office (USAO), Eastern District of Michigan; Flint location. The period of performance for this contract will include a base year and four (4) one-year options as follows: Base Year: 08/01/2022 07/31/2023 Option Year I: 08/01/2023 07/31/2024 Option Year II: 08/01/2024 07/31/2025 Option Year III: 08/01/2025 07/31/2026 Option Year IV: 08/01/2026 07/31/2027
