66--NGDS Increment 1 Deployable Component Request for Information

_________________________________________________ ***UPDATE 6 August 2012*** The Government would like learn whether interested vendors have reached a decision to propose or not to propose against solicitation W911QY-12-R-0021. Any vendor may contact the Government via email to the contract specialist, John Conlin at [email protected]. The response need only indicate one of the following statuses: Yes, plan to propose at this time; No, do not plan to propose at this time; or Undecided at this time. Responses will be used by the Government strictly for planning purposes and will be considered informational only. Responses to this notice will not be construed by the Government to be part of any proposal subsequently submitted by a vendor. The final decision to submit a proposal against solicitation W911QY-12-R-0021 is exclusively the vendor's, and the vendor shall not be bound by its response to this notice. The Government requests that responses be received no later than Thursday, August 9, 2012 at 12:00pm.
