To meet this mission, the Rosebud Indian Health Services (IHS) is requesting a Base Plus Four (4) Option Year, firm-fixed price, non-personal service contract to provide solid waste disposal service.
The Rosebud IHS requires solid waste to be disposed of at local landfill on the Reservation and roll-off dumpster rental.
2.1 Scope
Access to the Tribally owned Landfill located near Carter, SD for disposal services for the hospital quarters, construction and other debris. Approximately 50 loads annually
Provide rental services. Delivery and pick up of 20-yard roll-off dumpster rented from Rosebud Sioux Tribe Solid Waste (RSTSW). Approximately 5 rentals annually

Rosebud IHS hours of operations are Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00pm.
