Protective Coating Services - Ellsworth AFB

This is a pre-solicitation notice for Protective Coatings Services for Ellsworth AFB, SD. The solicitation will result in one firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity type contract. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238320 with a size standard of $4,000,000.00 in annual revenue. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and supplies to provide Protective Coating Services for Ellsworth AFB, SD. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local rules/laws, to achieve and maintain economical, safe, sanitary, operational and undeteriorated conditions. Solicitation FA4690-20-R-0002 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about 2 December 2019 via Beta SAM. The proposed contract award date is 1 April 2020 and the proposed contract start date is 25 September 2020. Contractors submitting a proposal must have a Cage Code and be registered in the System of Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov.
