Any purchase order resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the evaluation criteria outlined below in FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Evaluation--Commercial Items (Oct 2014)). Offerors shall pay special attention to the evaluation criteria outlined in FAR provision 52.212-2 of this solicitation; In order to be considered for award the Offeror must meet all price and non-price required submittals. In addition to required submittals all Offerors must include a cover letter confirming their acceptable of the terms, conditions, and PWS requirements of the contract as well as a completed Exhibit C, FAR Provision 52.204-24. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular (FAC) 2020-04.
