COVID-19 Restriction of Movement

TWO ADMENDMENTS HAVE BEEN ADDED 3-4. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, and FAR Subpart 16.5, Indefinite-Delivery Contracts, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on BETA.SAM and FEDBIZOPPS. The Request for Proposal number is N0018921R0029. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2020-07/ 08-31-2020 (effective 31 AUG 2020) and DFARS Publication Notice 20200831 (effective 31 AUG 2020). It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 561599 and the Small Business Standard is $22M. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Single Award Firm, Fixed-Price, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity type contract. The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the restriction of movement services outlined in the attached PWS.
