Amendment 0001 RFQ Number W911YU25QA007 Amendment 0001 CATERED MEALS BPA Guam National Guard Barrigada Guam. The purpose of this Amendment is to revise the PWS Meals Standard page 10 of the RFQ and also provides the Governments response to RFIs. Contractors shall acknowledge Amendment 0001 SF 30 and amended Instructions to Offerors as part of their quotation submission. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issue. The solicitation number is W911YU25QA007. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 (17 Jan 2025) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 17 Jan 2025 and Service Contract Act Wage Determination #2015-5693 Revision No. 23 23 Dec 2024.The United States Property and Fiscal Office (USPFO) for Guam Purchasing and Contracting Division seeks to enter into Multiple Award Master Blanket Purchase Agreements BPA for Catered Meals in support of GUARNG training within the Territory of Guam. The total of the BPA Calls (individual orders for services) placed against each master BPA shall not exceed $250000.00. The maximum limit for any individual BPA Call shall not exceed $25000.00.
