ROC Mission Support Services (RMSS)

SOLICITATION The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Western Acquisition Division (WAD), Boulder, CO, on behalf of the National Weather Service (NWS), Radar Operations Center (ROC), hereby issues solicitation 1305M319RNWWG0002 as a small business set-aside for ROC Mission Support Services (RMSS). The Government intends to award a single award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract from this solicitation. Solicitation Issue Date: January 8, 2020 Questions Due Date: January 16, 2020,3:00pm MST Original Proposal Due Date: February 10, 2020,12:00pm MST REVISED Proposal Due Date: February 18, 2020, 12:00pm MST Anticipated Award Date: July 1, 2020 The ROC seeks a qualified contractor to fulfill the RMSS requirement by providing radar system and network support at the NWS ROC to achieve missions of the DOC, Department of Defense (DOD), and Department of Transportation (DOT) and support NOAAs Strategic Goal to advance short-term warning and forecast services. This requirement encompasses the tasks necessary for providing a variety of professional and technical support services for management, operation, and maintenance of NWS hydro-meteorological systems and equipment.
