V--Handicapped Transportation

The VA Midwest Healthcare Network has a requirement for handicapped transportation services for eligible beneficiaries from the VA Medical Center, Minneapolis, MN and Twin Ports Outpatient Clinic (TPOPC), Superior, WI. Requirement will include all labor and vehicles required to transport non-ambulatory/handicapped patients for the period of November 1, 2007 (or date of award) through September 30, 2008 with Options to Renew for two (2) 12-month periods. Offers will be evaluated technically on facilities, vehicles, driver/driver qualifications, etc. Procurement is being made in accordance with FAR Parts 12 Commercial Item and 15 Negotiated Contracts. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or about September 27, 2007 and will be issued via Fed Biz Opps Electronic Posting System at http://www.fedbizopps.gov with proposals due by 3:30 P.M.
