High-Level Summary:
This project consists of a 3-story permanent party dormitory to house 225 unaccompanied enlisted airmen. Construction will include slab-on grade and steel frame with concrete masonry until concrete masonry unit block veneer over metal studs at exterior walls and standing seam metal roof over insulation and steel frame or joists. Components include fire protection and detection, lighting, heating air conditioning, power, plumbing, and all other work necessary to construct a complete and usable facility. Supporting facilities include additional 200 parking spaces, extension of steam, water, and sewer utilities, power distribution, and landscaping to service the new facility. Main facility spaces include 225 dormitory units, activity space, communal kitchens, dorm management office, public restroom, laundry, theatre/meeting space, elevator and mechanical/utility space.

This project will require Level 1 Self Certifiation.
