The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contract Office 15, is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation to establish an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for a committed source of medical grade liquid bulk oxygen. This requirement supports the John J. Pershing VA Medical Center in Missouri, specifically for operations at the Poplar Bluff VA Medical Center and the Cape Girardeau Health Care Center. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to deliver and maintain medical-grade liquid bulk oxygen tanks and backup cylinders while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.

The scope of work includes the rental of one 1800-gallon vertical tank and 24 backup H-size tanks for the Poplar Bluff location, as well as one 126-gallon vertical tank and eight backup H-size tanks for the Cape Girardeau facility.
