The Department of the Air Force, 55 CONS PKP, is seeking the procurement of an industrial boiler under solicitation B369_Boiler. The scope of work involves providing a new NTI model LX-600 boiler with a 600,000 BTU input and at least 600 MBH capacity. Technical requirements include an ASME stainless steel heat exchanger, a floor-mount configuration, a factory-provided ASME relief valve, and a minimum 95% combustion efficiency with at least a 4-to-1 turndown ratio on natural gas. The unit must be equipped with 4-inch exhaust and fresh air intake connections, an outdoor sensor, CSD-1 controls, an integrated electronic touchscreen controller, and a factory-installed condensate trap and drain kit.

Dimensions for the unit are limited to a maximum of 24 inches wide, 47.5 inches deep, and 55 inches high. The boiler must feature 2-inch water and 1-inch gas connections along the left-hand length side, with air and exhaust connections located along the top or left-hand side. The contractor must provide a one-year comprehensive warranty on all materials.
