Virtual Pharmacy Services for the VA Community Living Center at Martinez, CA

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for Virtual Pharmacy Services (VPS), which is to be provided through the contracted services of a qualified Pharmacist, hereinafter referred to as “Contract Pharmacist” to perform the requirements, in accordance with the performance work statement. The contractor shall provide virtual pharmacy services to eligible hospitalized patients at the Community Living Center (CLC) at Martinez after normal CLC pharmacy hours. The contractor shall also provide virtual pharmacy services for the processing of clinic orders. This virtual pharmacy service will be performed offsite at the contractor’s facility. The solicitation is set aside to verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 621399, size standard $10M. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov.
