MEDICAL PHYSICIST INSPECTIONS

SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001 Solicitation 36C25624Q0877 for Medical Physicist Inspection services at the facilities located in Little Rock, AR; North Little Rock, AR; Conway, AR; Russellville, AR; Searcy, AR; and, Hot Springs, ARis amended to answer questions submitted in response to the solicitation. This amendment includes a list of questions submitted with answers. There is no guarantee any additional questions submitted will receive a response prior to the closing date. The closing date and time, as indicated in block 8 of the Standard Form 1449 will NOT be extended as a result of this amendment. SOLICITATION The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS) has a requirement for Medical Physicist Inspections at its main hospital facilities located at 4300 W. 7th St, Little Rock AR, 72205 and 2200 Fort Roots Drive, North Little Rock, AR 72114; and VA operated Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located at 1520 East Dave Ward Dr., Conway, AR 72032; 3106 West 2nd Ct. Russellville, AR 72801; 1120 South Main Street, Searcy, AR 72143; and 177 Sawtooth Oaks St. Hot Springs, AR 71901. This is a total Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned, Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 541690. All interested parties MUST be listed in the U.S. Small Business Administrations Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) database at https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/ and the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov as of the date of their quote and date of award in order to be eligible. Neither the quote due date nor award of the contract will be delayed for registration.
