Waterfront Crane Service Notification Naval Supply Systems Command, Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville (FLCJAX) Contracting Department anticipates issuing a Request for Quotation(RFQ) for the procurement of services to provide Waterfront Crane Services to NAS Pensacola Port Operations on an as needed basis to support fleet visiting assets and training vessels/boats. The Contractor shall provide a 75 TON All Terrain crane, Including operator, one (1) rigger, and one (1) signalman for an eight hour minimum period. Crane service will be provided at Naval Air Station Pensacola Port Operations Pensacola, FL. Crane shall be set up and ready to lift 60 minutes prior to arrival/departure of a ship with a normal 48 hour notice. In the event of an emergency contractor will be requested to support within a 24 hour notice via a phone call from the Contracting Specialist at FLCJAX and a Task Order will follow within 48 hours of the phone call. There is no local storage available on station for the crane; however, crane may remain on site if schedule requires a lift within 72 hours of original call out. FLCJAX anticipates issuing a single award Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract on an as needed basis during the period of performance 21 November 2019 through 20 November 2020 with a Minimum quantity of 1 lift (equal 8 hours of work). The combined synopsis / solicitation (N6883620Q0022) released 12 November 2019 will close at 11:00 am Eastern Time on 19 November 2019. The solicitation will be available for download on the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) Website at Https://www.neco.navy.mil and FEDBIZOPS website at https://www.fbo.gov or the new site https:// beta.sam.gov. The solicitation N6883620Q0022 will be issued as a competitive total Small Business set-aside. The RFQ will include instructions for submission of quotes, Performance Work Statement, provisions and clauses and the evaluation criteria. It is the responsibility of interested parties to register with NECO and or FEDBIZOPS to download the synopsis, solicitation and subsequent amendments. Offerors are encouraged to review the referenced websites frequently for updates. No paper copies of the RFQ or amendments will be provided and no solicitation mailing list will be provided.
