Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal, on behalf of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, has issued a competitive Request for Order Proposal under the Basic Ordering Agreement Sustainment Track program for the procurement of mine dispensers. Identified by NSN 1095-01-689-2286 and Part Number 13100593, the requirement includes a base quantity of 133 units with an option for an additional 100 percent of the base quantity. This solicitation, PANDTA-21-P-0000_000267, is conducted as a full and open competition among active Basic Ordering Agreement holders, with no set-aside used, as designated by the acronym NONE and explanation NONE. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price order featuring origin inspection and acceptance with destination delivery within the United States.
The procurement is classified under NAICS code 332994 for Small Arms, Ordnance, and Ordnance Accessories Manufacturing and PSC code 1095 for Miscellaneous Weapons. Because the mine dispenser is export-controlled, access to the associated technical data package requires vendors to maintain certification in the Joint Certification Program. Proposals are evaluated based on instructions and criteria specified in the solicitation documents, and Amendment 0001 recently incorporated FAR clause 52.217-7 into the requirements. The response deadline for this notice is June 22, 2026.
Ryan Nawrocki serves as the point of contact for this action. The solicitation includes five attachments: the BOAST RFOP Mine Dispenser spreadsheet, a CUI PDF document, a Word document for Contract Data Requirements Lists, and a ZIP file containing the technical data package. All proposal submissions must be received by the closing date, and vendors must have an executed Basic Ordering Agreement in place to be eligible for award.
