V221 - Aviation support services for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DAPP) in Papua New Guinea.

The NAVSUP FLT LOG CTR Singapore Office on behalf of the Department of the Navy is seeking aviation support services for the Defense Prisoner of War Missing in Action Accounting Agency (DPAA) in Papua New Guinea. This requirement supports DPAA operations to achieve the fullest possible accounting of Americans missing from past conflicts. The agency intends to conduct up to three missions annually at various locations throughout Papua New Guinea, with each mission expected to last no more than 90 days.

The proposed acquisition is for a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity contract with a total performance period of five years and six months, consisting of a base year, four option years, and a six-month extension. The base period of performance is scheduled to begin January 1, 2022, and conclude December 31, 2022.
