The size standard is $16,500,000.00. The U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (CERL) has a requirement to procure retro-commissioning (RCx) and building control systems technical support as detailed in the Performance Work Statement in Section C of the attached RFP, and seeks to establish a MATOC IDIQ with contracts that have a five (5) year ordering period.
