The Department of the Navy, Naval Air Warfare Center Air Division (NAWCAD) issued solicitation N0042123R0049 to support the NAWCAD WOLF Engineering Prototyping (EP) Operations. This requirement provides rapid organic engineering, prototyping, reverse-engineering, environmental testing, and antenna repairs for NAWCAD, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and NAWCAD WOLF Divisions. Operating under the oLSI model, the contractor will deliver engineering, fabrication, and compliance support, including product design, drafting, Computer Aided Design (CAD), and Modeling and Simulation (MS).

Technical services include machining, welding, sheet-metal fabrication, assembly, and the repair of composite components. The scope also involves woodworking, painting, corrosion control application, and the management of stockrooms, fuel farm operations, and General Services Administration (GSA) vehicles. The contractor will manage personnel safety and hazardous materials while utilizing Government-owned or Government-leased specialized machinery and equipment to fulfill the performance requirements.
