The solicitation issue date will be on or around June 3, 2026, and the closing date will be thirty (30) days thereafter. All responsible sources will be able to submit a quote which will be considered by DLA Troop Support.
The acquisition will be accomplished using Other than Full and Open Competition Procedures in accordance with RFO FAR 6.103-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The solicitation will be issued as an Unrestricted, Fixed Price with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The contract will include a one (1)-year base period, and four (4) one (1)-year option periods. Delivery terms will be FOB Origin and Inspection and Acceptance will be at Origin. Buy American Act and Berry Amendment clauses apply.
