U--Notice of Intent to Sole Source Construction Management Certification Prep Course BPA - August 7-9 2019

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Strategic Acquisition Center - Frederick (SAC-F), intends to issue a sole-source, firm-fixed-priced commercial purchase order to the Construction Management Association of America.
