Proposals are being requested. This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06_2. The solicitation number associated with this combined Synopsis/Solicitation is 15A00020R00000118. Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the System for Awards Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov.
