N40085-13-D-7722 PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF MOUNTED MARINE PEDESTAL LUFFING CRANES AT CHEATHAM ANNEX, NAVAL WEAPONS STATION, YORKTOWN, VIRGINIA The contract awardee is Cargotec USA, 3300 Elmhurst Lane, Portsmouth, VA 23701. The estimated contract value is $3,800,351.56 for a base year and four one-year option periods. The intent of this contract is to provide preventative maintenance type A, B and C as well as trouble shooting and repair services as ordered on the Shore Mounted Marine Pedestal Luffing Cranes located at Cheatham Annex, Naval Weapons Station, Yorktown, Virginia. There are two cranes mounted on each pedestal. There are two pedestals for a total of four cranes. Except where otherwise stated, the Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide the services in accordance with the contract. The contract is issued as an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type of contract. The period of performance commences 01 October 2013. The total term of the contract shall not exceed sixty (60) months. This acquisition was solicited as other than full and open competition.
