The new boat ramp will replace the existing structure. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set?Aside. NAICS Code: 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction Small Business Size Standard: $45.0 million PSC Code: Y1LB Construction of Highways, Roads, Streets, Bridges, and Railways This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Submission Instructions Offerors are responsible for reviewing all RFQ documents in the included Portfolios and shall submit a complete quote package, including all required documentation, to [email protected] no later than COB (1630) PST on 23 April 2026.
