Forest Service - Region 9 Trails Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA)

The U.S. Forest Service is seeking to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for trail maintenance, construction, and service projects within Region 9. This procurement, identified by solicitation 12445523Q0044, facilitates project work through BPA Calls with individual values up to $250,000. The scope of work is classified under NAICS 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and PSC Z2PA REPAIR OR ALTERATION OF RECREATION FACILITIES (NON-BUILDING). These agreements are intended to supplement existing capacity; therefore, entities already awarded a Region 9 BPA in 2022 are excluded from this solicitation because their current contracts remain active through 2032.

Performance will take place at various locations across the United States within the Forest Service's Region 9.
