The Department of State has issued solicitation 19BY7026Q0005 for a qualified fuel system contractor to provide services at Post Bujumbura in Burundi. The contractor will supply, install, and commission a fuel tank level monitoring and control system for two containerized generators, each equipped with a day tank of approximately 1,800 liters. The scope includes installing level sensors to control tank filling via existing pumps at the Utility Building or through new pump systems based on the contractor's assessment. Currently, these day tanks receive fuel from bulk tanks via fuel bowser without an integrated monitoring or control system.
