This notice is published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for proposed contract actions. This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract and is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Ralph H. Johnson VA Medical Center, 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC 29401, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of VAAR 819.7008, Sole Source Awards to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses.
