The U.S. Department of the Army, specifically the Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District, is soliciting proposals for janitorial services to support its Real Estate Division across Indiana and Ohio. This procurement, identified under solicitation number W912QR22R0015, is a 100% set-aside for 8(a) Small Business participants. The contract is classified under NAICS 561720 Janitorial Services and PSC S201 Housekeeping- Custodial Janitorial. The government intends to award a single Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a total capacity not to exceed $10,000,000.00. The performance period consists of a one-year base period followed by four one-year option periods, with the full capacity available starting from the date of initial award. Selection will be based on the best value to the government, and there is no bonding requirement for this acquisition.

Contractors must submit unit prices for all items listed in the price breakout schedule for both the base and option years; failure to do so will result in proposal rejection. Additionally, proposals for quantities less than those specified in the schedule will not be accepted. Payments under the awarded contract will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer to a commercial bank account designated by the contractor.
