This solicitation is for a firm-fixed-price purchase order and includes an option for an additional 20,000 feet within one year of the award. Quotes are being evaluated under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) criteria. Initial delivery is required by June 15, 2026. All items must be new and include a Certificate of Conformance (COC) per FAR 52.246-15. The USCG will not provide drawings or schematics for this requirement; instead, technical compliance is verified through a mandatory checklist (Attachment 2) that must be submitted with the quote. This procurement uses two main attachments to define technical and contractual obligations. Attachment 1 covers the terms, conditions, and LPTA evaluation, while Attachment 2 is a mandatory technical checklist. No external drawings or schematics will be provided by the USCG. Includes a unilateral government option for up to 20,000 additional feet at the same price and lead time.
