Civil and Paving Multiple Award Construction Contract

The Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Mid-Atlantic is soliciting proposals for the award of up to four Design-Bid-Build, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Construction Contracts (MACC). This acquisition is designated as a HUBZone (HZC) set-aside under NAICS 237310 for Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction and PSC Z2LB for Repair or Alteration of Highways, Roads, Streets, Bridges, and Railways. The primary purpose of this requirement is to provide civil and paving construction services within the Marine Corps Installation East Area of Responsibility.

The scope of work focuses on projects at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, including the New River Air Station, and Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point in North Carolina. Performance may also occur at other military and government installations within the regional area of responsibility. Ten attachments accompany the solicitation, including pricing sheets, project data sheets, and three amendments addressing site visit details, regulatory information (RFI) responses, and revised drawings.
