The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a fixed price Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide interpretation services. Performance will occur at the Contractors sites (which may include telework locations) and Government designated facilities, see Performance Work Statement for additional information. The Government anticipates multiple awards of three to five IDIQ contracts but reserves the right to make a single award if it is in the best interests of the Government. The IDIQ contracts will include a minimum guarantee of $100,000. This RFP is issued as a full and open competition with a small business reserve for one of the awardees.
