Van Zandt VAMC (Altoona VAMC), Altoona, PA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is being issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) 36C24425Q0371. The government anticipates awarding one 60-month firm-fixed monthly price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Ordering Period is April 01, 2025, through March 31, 2030. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 (01/17/2025) and can be found at FAR | Acquisition.GOV. The quality control material is used on our Abbott Alinity blood analyzers that measure these analytes and were set up by Abbott upon initial installation of the analyzers, passing all performance validation measures. The BioRad controls have specific, known levels of all of these analytes. When these controls are tested on the analyzer, we are able to determine if the analyzer is functioning properly and as a result if the analyzer will test patient blood levels accurately.
