The government anticipates awarding one 60-month firm-fixed monthly price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The Ordering Period is April 01, 2025, through March 31, 2030. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 (01/17/2025) and can be found at FAR | Acquisition.GOV. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 with a small business size standard of 800 employees. This solicitation is Small Business Set-Aside. Confirmation of SAM registration will be validated prior to award. The Contractor shall provide services in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) (Attachment A). Statement of Work for BioRad Controls: Brand Name BioRad Controls are needed for quality control testing for a wide range of blood analytes. These analytes are used to aid practitioners in the diagnosis of disease. The quality control material is used on our Abbott Alinity blood analyzers that measure these analytes and were set up by Abbott upon initial installation of the analyzers, passing all performance validation measures. The BioRad controls have specific, known levels of all of these analytes. When these controls are tested on the analyzer, we are able to determine if the analyzer is functioning properly and as a result if the analyzer will test patient blood levels accurately.
