View moreThe contractor shall provide instructional, administrative, research, and technical support across this portfolio of programs, which are delivered both in-residence at the NPS campus in Monterey, CA, and at various locations throughout the United States and its territories. (See Draft PWS)
The contractor shall provide data and reporting for all CHDS programs by utilizing the government's enterprise resource planning tools (e.g., BERT budgeting, estimating, reporting and tracking: CHDS enterprise resource planning tool). This includes submitting monthly progress and financial reports, status reports, and other data as required to support CHDS's strategic mission and stakeholder requirements. (See Draft PWS).
The contractor is responsible for the full lifecycle of the CHDS educational curriculum. This includes a collaborative effort with CHDS and its major stakeholders (including DHS, FEMA, and DoD) to plan, develop, and continuously update all graduate-level courses, lectures, and instructional materials to reflect the evolution of the homeland security discipline. The Government anticipates this effort to result in the solicitation of a non-commercial, Cost-Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) requirement with one 12-month base period, followed by four 12-month option periods.
