Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Graphical Rating and Shift Application Tool and Optional Additional Custom Applications/COTS

The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Office of Surface Water, Water Resources Discipline (WRD), has a requirement for a five-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract for graphical rating and shift application software, customized to meet WRD requirements, and subsequent optional technical support services. The objective of this procurement is to use the software to provide a consistent graphical method for rating development and shift analysis to interface with the USGS's National Water Information System (NWIS) Automated Data Processing Systems (ADAPS) database. The total value of this project is not to exceed $2,000,000. This acquisition is a full and open competition requirement with a NAICS code of 541511; PSC 7030 ADP Equipment S/W, Supplies and Support.
