WASHINGTON HEADQUARTERS SERVICES ACQUISITION DIRECTORATE BASE OPERATIONS AND SUPPORT (BOS) SERVICES 1. The Washington Headquarters Services (WHS), Acquisition Directorate (AD), located at 4800 Mark Center Drive, Suite 09F09 Alexandria, VA 22350-2900 hereby issuesa procurement for services for the Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC) Base Operations and Support (BOS) Services to be performed. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the BOS Services as required by RRMC except for those items specified as Government Furnished Property (GFP) and services as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government anticipates awarding a single award Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. To be eligible for contract award, contractors must certify that they have a current/active DoD Industrial Facility Security Clearance at submission of proposal. There will be no exceptions or extensions to this requirement. 2. The set-aside for this Acquisition is restricted as a Competitive 8(a). In order to qualify for this program, an offeror must be a certified 8(a) prior to the closing date of the solicitation. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. 3.
