Master Blanket Purchase Agreement for Title Services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Baltimore District is seeking to establish at least five Master Blanket Purchase Agreements for title services under solicitation W912DR20Q0015. Contractors will furnish and deliver Owner's Guarantee Insurance Policies or Certificates of Title and Continuations in various forms, including preliminary, interim, or final policies, binders, or endorsements. The scope also includes closing services performed in Baltimore, Maryland, as defined in the Performance Work Statement. This procurement is classified under NAICS code 531320 for Offices of Real Estate Appraisers and PSC code R411 for SUPPORT- PROFESSIONAL: REAL PROPERTY APPRAISALS.

This requirement is designated as an SBA Small Business Administration set-aside. The agreements will remain in place for a five-year performance period with a potential total value of $800,000.00. While individual calls are limited to $250,000.00 and will be competitively bid among the Master Blanket Purchase Agreement holders, the government is only obligated for authorized calls placed against the agreements. Contractors must maintain active registration in the System for Award Management to be eligible for award, and applicable U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determinations will be included with each individual call.

Responses to this solicitation are due by April 24, 2020, following an extension provided in the first amendment.
