View moreThe CMR constructed in 1946 is a historical property part of the city heritage and included in OBO Office of Cultural Heritage list. There have been several renovation and improvement projects in the property, but the most recent and important project were performed the last ten years. Currently, the original drainage system collects storm drainage and sanitary sewage (combined) from the houses, structures and driveways, and discharges into three different city manholes

The work will include design and construction of a new separated drainage collection and routing and separated sanitary sewer collection and disposal system to replace the existing combined storm and sanitary lines, as well as the configuration of the drainage and sanitary sewer collection and disposal systems layout. The contractor is to perform the services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation (to be issue), and in strict conformance with the contract clauses and any special conditions.
Pursuant to Subpart 36.204 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the estimated magnitude for the entire project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 U.S. Dollars (Note: the prescribed FAR range determinations provide relatively wide ranges only, in order to give potential offerors a very general orientation as to the magnitude of the work. However, the specified range is not meant to give any indication as to the Independent Government Cost Estimate for this project, which could be at the lower or the upper end of the range indicated).
