The BOP is a large agency with approximately 37,000 employees located at over 130 duty stations across the United States and Puerto Rico. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (Bureau) has a requirement for the procurement of expandable/collapsible batons and holsters. The BOP intends to award a single award BPA for one year base performance period and four additional one year performance periods. The estimated requirements for the batons and holsters includes: Base Year:Estimated maximum quantity of 4000 batons, 4000 holsters. Option Year 1:Estimated maximum quantity of 1000 batons, 1000 holsters. Option Year 2:Estimated maximum quantity of 1000 batons, 1000 holsters. The Government intends to make a single award BPA to a quoter, pursuant to an affirmative determination of responsibility, whose quotation, conforming to the solicitation, is determined to be the best value to the Government considering price and past performance history. Price: Price shall be evaluated utilizing the total aggregate pricing offered by the quoter (base year plus all option years). Past Performance: The Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS) at www.ppirs.gov will be utilized to evaluate past performance history.
