Army Corps of Engineers, Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Vicksburg, MS is issuing solicitation W912HZ24R0025 for the ERDC Mechanical Maintenance Services. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the successful offeror of this requirement. The period of performance will be a multiple year contract with one Base Year (12 months) with four Option Years plus one (1) six (6) months option. A site visit is scheduled for 09 July 2024 with a proposal due date on 18 July 2024. See attached solicitation for more details. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. The designated NAICS Code 238220, with a small business size standard of $19,000,000.00.
