March 31, 2021 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation No. 19GE5021R0063 The American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Satellite Connectivity for VPN through Internet at U.S. Embassy Banjul, The Gambia The solicitation may result in the award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for one Base and up to four Option Years.
