BREECHPLATE - Z9N / AIRCRAFT, F/A-18, A - D, E/F, G (GROWLER)

This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term contract, which will include NSN 5865-01-436-623, Breechplate in accordance with the following approved sources of supply: Roselm Industries Inc., CAGE 63715, P/N 3837AS100-001; Grace Aerospace LLC DBA Grace, CAGE 1UVW2, P/N 3837AS100-00; Capco, LLC, CAGE 04099, P/N 3837AS100-001; and DCX-CHOL Enterprises, Inc., CAGE 27456, P/N 3837AS100-001. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside. The RFP will be issued for an estimated annual quantity of 1,148 EA for the base year and each option year. Offers will be solicited with production delivery of 152 days ARO. Government First Article Testing is required. Terms are FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin covering DLA Direct requirements only. Clause 252.225-7001, Buy American Act and Balance of Payments Program. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
