Pre-Solicitation Notice The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office (NCO 21), McClellan, California intends to solicit quotes from contractors to provide Infectious Disease Reference Lab Services for VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS). The VA anticipates issuing an RFQ for this requirement on or about July 09, 2020.
