This will be a Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Quantity Indefinite Delivery Contract for a period not to exceed five years Acceptance of traps is conditioned on approved lots of paperboard. Estimated Quantity needed 5,000 to 120,000 traps per year Acceptance of traps is conditioned on approved lots of paperboard. Interested vendors please submit Quotes to the Contracting Officer via email only by notice due date. **Please use solicitation number on subject line when responding** If an interested partys quote package has not completed all of the items listed on the first page of Attachment_1_Solicitation 12639521Q0043 - Instructions, the quote may be considered incomplete for evaluation purposes and no further consideration will be given, thereby making quote ineligible for award. Interested parties must also submit a Phase 1 First Article Sample to the Otis Laboratory in Buzzards Bay, MA for evaluation purposes on or before solicitation closing date.
